In Tend we use the following measurements for planting amounts:
Bed Feet: The length of the bed that your crop will occupy. If a bed is 3 feet wide and 100 feet long and you plant broccoli along the full length of the bed, you have 100 bed feet of broccoli.
Row Feet: The total length of all rows of your crop. If you only plant one row per bed, the row feet is equal to the bed feet. However, if you plant 3 rows of eggplant along the entire length of a 100 foot bed you have 300 row feet of eggplant.
