What are Records
Tend automatically aggregates many of your actions into a records feature so you can quickly and easily reference relevant business information, especially useful for organic certification or searching your notes during the busy season.
To view your records click “Records” on the sidebar. We automatically record any added expense or note, completed task or harvest, and yield. If we miss something, simply click “Add Record,” select the record type and relevant information, and click save.
We have a few ways to quickly search your records. While they are automatically sorted by date (most recent first), you can use the tips below to more easily find what you’re looking for
- Click “Filter” and select the filter type. Depending on the filter, additional drop downs will appear to further narrow down results
- Click on any of the headers or the arrows immediately to their right to sort by that column. Dates will sort in chronological order and letter-inputs will sort alphabetically. That means, if you’d like to quickly sort by crop, simply click on “Crops” and they will group by crop.
- If you know what group of records your looking for, type a keyword like “organic” or “fertilizer” into the search bar and your results will automatically filter accordingly.
