To cancel your Tend subscription or Free Trial:
Log into your Tend account and navigate to “Settings."
- Select “Billing”.
- Select “Subscription”.
- Click on the “Cancel subscription” button.
Next, please let us know why you’re canceling.

If you’re willing to speak with us over the phone or share your thoughts via email, please:
- Select your preferred form of contact.
- Select the “OK, let’s talk” option.
Select “Done” to return to the subscription management screen. A Team member will be in touch soon. To thank you for sharing your time with us, we will offer a discount on your Tend subscription if you choose to reactivate it in the future.
|Please note: At this point your subscription is still active. You can either wait until after you’ve spoken with our Team Member to finish canceling your subscription, or repeat the steps above and select “No, cancel my subscription” in the final screen to complete the cancelation process immediately.|
If you prefer not to share your feedback and to finish canceling your subscription right away, select the “No, cancel my subscription” option.
A popup will appear confirming your cancelation. Select “Done” to return to the subscription management screen.
Note that the screen has been updated to indicate that your “billing requires your attention.” This means that your subscription has successfully been canceled and that you will only be able to access your full Tend account until the end of your current billing period (or free trial).
Your subscription will end once your billing or trial period ends, but Tend will keep all your farm data safe in the cloud while your subscription is deactivated. If you decide to continue managing your farm with Tend, simply go back to the subscription management page at https://app.tend.com/app/subscription (or by logging into your account and navigating to “Setting” > “Billing” > “Subscription”) and reactivate your subscription by clicking the button to bring your account back online.
